Our playmats come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, which covers faults only. All playmats should be checked within seven days of delivery and any imperfections or damages noted within this time period. The warranty does not cover general wear, accidental damage, vacuum and cleaning damages, staining or misuse. Read further in our T&Cs here.
