We know how important it is to get the perfect play mat for your home. If the size or design isn't right for you, we can accept unused play mat returns in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.

As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns and refunds are as follows: 

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including with the original box and inner packaging) 

2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for the return and all related costs.

3. Any original shipping costs to you are not refunded. Once received, we can then issue an exchange or refund.
