Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Totter and Tumble B.V., registered at Kraijenhoffstraat 137 A, 1018 RG Amsterdam, Netherlands (KvK 86173634), in collaboration with Kids Concept, Bygge and Trixie.

2. Dates and eligibility

The giveaway opens on 5 November 2026 at 9:00am GMT (10:00am CET) and closes on 22 November 2026 at 11:59pm GMT (23 November at 12:59am CET).

Open to residents aged 18 or over in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, subject to applicable local laws and eligible delivery areas.

Entrants must have a residential address to which the complete prize can be delivered. Remote-area and island delivery exclusions may apply.

Employees of the promoter and participating prize brands, and their immediate households, are excluded.

3. How to enter

No purchase or newsletter subscription is necessary.

Participants can receive up to three free entries:

• Instagram entry: Follow @totterandtumble and the participating brand accounts identified in the official giveaway post, like the post and tag an account in the comments.
• Meta form entry: Complete and submit the free giveaway form advertised by Totter + Tumble.
• Bonus entry: Complete and submit the additional free entry form sent through an automated Instagram DM.

Each completed route counts as one entry, up to a maximum of three entries per person. Multiple comments, duplicate submissions or additional accounts will not generate extra entries.

Newsletter marketing consent is optional and does not affect entry eligibility or the chance of winning.

4. Prize

One winner will receive:

• Kids Concept: Mila Rocking Horse.
• Bygge: Farvespil Starter Set.
• Trixie: Mr Lion Gift Set.
• Totter + Tumble: Round Playmat (138cm diameter).

Total prize bundle value: €569.95.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Product colours and designs are subject to availability. If a component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, an equivalent or higher-value replacement may be provided, subject to applicable law.

5. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable random selection process within two calendar days of the closing date.

The winner will be contacted by email or private Instagram message within 48 hours of the giveaway closing.

The winner will have seven calendar days to respond and confirm eligibility and delivery details. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner before another eligible winner is selected if necessary.

6. Prize fulfilment

Totter + Tumble and the participating prize brands will arrange delivery of their respective prizes to the winner's eligible residential address at no cost to the winner.

Items may arrive in separate deliveries. The prizes will ordinarily be awarded or dispatched within 30 days of winner confirmation, subject to applicable law and any communicated delivery arrangements.

7. Privacy and marketing

Personal information will be processed to administer the giveaway, validate entries, contact the winner and fulfil the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Totter + Tumble's Privacy Policy:

Necessary winner information may be shared with participating prize providers solely for prize fulfilment.

Marketing consent is separate and optional. Entrants do not have to subscribe to marketing emails to participate or claim the prize.

8. Winner information

The winner will be contacted privately. Information confirming the prize award may be disclosed where required by applicable law, subject to the winner's privacy rights.

Any additional promotional use of the winner's name, photograph or likeness will be subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

9. General

Fraudulent, automated or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control and subject to applicable law.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Dutch law governs these terms, without limiting any mandatory rights or protections available to entrants under applicable law in their country of residence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
