We can accept returns or exchanges on gifted playmats so long as the playmat is unused, in its original packaging and was ordered within the last 30 days. Please reach out and we will do all we can to assist you with a return.
Any remaining funds on Gift Cards is non refundable - we hope you may be able to use the balance another time!
